When Promises Don’t Seem To Be Fulfilled

Joshua 24_15

In the midst of incomplete promises we must choose.

Like the Israelites of old, we can choose to continue to follow God and serve Him

…though the promises have not yet fully come to pass

…though battles must still be fought

…though our circumstances seem unbearably hard.

Or, we can go our own way, do our own thing, and follow our own desires.

So what will it be?

Reverting to the comforts, familiarity, and slavery of the past or pushing through the challenges and hardships to the promises ahead.

Consider all God has done and all He has revealed Himself to be and…
Choose this day whom you will serve.

But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!
